Vikas Yadav is working with Architects and Interior Designers since 2015. B. Tech from Kurukshetra University started his career in year 2004 with IT Industry as Solution Architect.
Vikas is co-founder of very well known lighting brand “Divinity Lights”. Under his leadership and guidance, “Divinity Lights” became one of top lighting brands in the industry. After working for almost 8 years with Divinity, Vikas realized, sustainability and recyclability are the need of the hour and he should work in this direction with innovative ideas. It is important for him to use authentic materials and appropriate manufacturing processes – in search of meaningful design solutions and room experiences with an independent character.
With the spirit to save environment and use recyclable material, Vikas started Sonidoa Acoustics. He added modern automated Machinery and systems to Sonidoa factory so that most of the operations can be done in-house and architect can get same product which they designed and drew on paper.
Nisha Yadav
Director Operations
Nisha Yadav, Co-founder and Director of Operations, brings a unique blend of academic excellence and hands-on leadership experience to the organization. A postgraduate with MA (Honours) in Economics from Delhi University and further studies from MD university. Nisha’s journey has been rooted in discipline, strategic thinking, and people management.
Before co-founding Sonidoa Acoustics, Nisha served as the Principal-in-Charge of Ramakrishna Public School, where she led both administrative and academic operations. Her role involved policy implementation, staff coordination, infrastructure planning, and student-centric initiatives, giving her a 360-degree understanding of institutional management.
At Sonidoa, Nisha applies the same meticulous attention to detail and structured processes to streamline operations. From procurement and production planning to logistics and workforce management, she ensures the company maintains the highest standards of efficiency and consistency. Her leadership ensures that Sonidoa not only delivers acoustic solutions that meet design expectations but also operates with accountability, speed, and sustainability.
